I stayed at the apartments in Arusha this winter. There was really nice staff that took care of us very well. The houses were clean and taken care of every day and the environment felt safe.
On the down side I had no key to get in. So I was both locked out and locked in since I could not go out when there was no one around and no one to open the compound when I was out since there was not always staff around. The power went out now and then every day but that may be the case in all of Arusha, I suppose. They also claim in the ad that there is wifi but out of 7 days, I had wifi for a few hours once a little bit at night. I was sleeping one night and my neighbour shouted, "Ronni wake up! There is wifi!" Yes, it has nice staff and clean houses that are very well taken care of by the staff but no wifi and no key to the compound. I'd suggest the guests be given their own key.
