Akwidaa Inn is an African Beachfront accommodation facility on the West coast of Ghana in close proximity to the old fishing village of Akwidaa. The lodge consists of eight rooms; two double (large) rooms with two double beds; four smaller rooms with a double bed; a dormitory with four single beds; a large room with a King size bed and a single bed. Each of these rooms has its own showeriong facility and wash basin / toilet.
The lodge also provides an outside showering facililty for those who like the stars for a roof and the moon for light.
A large spacious bar provides dining and relaxation, looking out upon the Atlantic Ocean. A chef is employed to delight your taste buds with both local and alacarte dishes.
Akwidaa is in close proximity to an array of historical tourist attrctions listed on the West Ghanaian tourist web site.
Access to the Akwidaa Inn is via Takoradi from Accra to - Agona Nkwanta - Dix Cove - Old Town Road to Akwidaa; signage directs travelers and we are available on the advertised mobiles numbers.
Activities in the immediate hinterland include a canoe trip on the Ezile River among the mangroves / a hike to a light house at Cape Three Points / a tour through the rubber plantations / a nocturnal green turtle hike to sight turtles and nocturnal crab hunting.
