Dar Ghax-Xemx dates back to the 17th century. It is situated in the unique setting of the oldest part of Victoria, and has been tastefully decorated and finished to a very high standard making this lovely little house a firm favourite in the area.
The house extends over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, a toilet and washing machine. A charming little courtyard is also found on the ground floor where you can also relax and enjoy a nice dinner in a quiet environment.
On the first floor are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a large double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed on which to sleep one adult or else two children. The bathroom with a bath and toilet is also located on this floor. Please note, fans are installed in all bedrooms instead of A/C.
The second floor takes you to the roof terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. From the roof terrace there is a lovely view over the town towards the old Citadel and the Hill of Gelmus - this is where the spectacular fireworks are set off during the feasts of St. George (3rd week of July) and Santa Maria (15th August).
Make your holiday a one to remember in the oldest part of Victoria.
