The house has a natural, rustic & distressed look and it’s natural grey cladding gives it a Cape Cod feel. It is fitted with plantation shutters and Tasmanian oak floors throughout and uses many other beachside materials. Perfect for families looking for an active beach holiday in Cape Town.
Sleeping 6-8, the house has four bedrooms (three that open directly onto the wrap-around timber deck and one in an outside garden-studio) as well as a small TV studio. The double-volume living area and kitchen is upstairs and opens up, via double French doors, onto the wonderful colonial balcony, that overlooks the timber-decked pool and garden below. The beach-house has two bathrooms, with the master-en-suite. There’s multi-channel satellite television available in the beach-house, a DVD player & CD player, 1 video machine, all the board-games you can think of plus plenty of reading books available!
The kitchen is made from wood and granite. It has both electric stove and 6 burner gas hob, with the island-bench being great for entertainment cooking and preparation with friends. There is also an espresso machine, microwave, large fridge, appliances, all utensils, crockery, serving dishes and glasses.
