Inglenook is a 5 bedroom farmhouse. The 4 bedrooms downstairs are a mix of singles and queen size beds, with an additional 2 'teenager' beds eitherside of the fireplace. The upstairs bedroom is ideal for a family with smaller kids, and has a queen, and 2 single beds. Best of all is that each bedroom has its own fireplace.
An hour out of Cape Town, up the West Coast road (R27), is Inglenook. Only 5 mins from the famous stretch of endless white sand known as 16 Mile Beach, and less than 20 mins from the Churchaven Lagoon inside the West Coast Nature Reserve. Inglenook is all about privacy and relaxation. Set on 25 hectares of indigenous West Coast vegetation, it's immediately apparent that no neighbours can be seen or heard, and the city gets left behind.
The famous West Coast of South Africa is truly one of South Africa's unique pieces of heritage. Inglenook is located over one of the oldest ancient riverbeds in SA - the original Berg River delta, and due to us bordering the West Coast Nature Reserve, is abundant with bird life. The area is all about the beautiful outdoors in summer, and fireplaces, red wine and great restaurants in winter.
