This ultramodern designer house was created by Guy Wollaert, the Belgian genius who carefully balanced all local conditions: the ocean wind, the African sun, the stunning views with the desires of demanding international guests, who look for a perfect holiday in contrast with their busy normal life. Here you will find peace of mind.
The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac, right on the cliff, without any road or path in front. The street side it is fully blinded and the seaside of the building, facing west for breathtaking sundown views, is dominated by huge glass surfaces. No street lanterns will spoil your excitement about a million stars above you. From the villa you step right into the Walker Bay Nature Reserve, with an exceptional degree of biodiversity.
The European style kitchen is very well equipped so get yourself some crayfish or fresh kingklip in Gansbaai harbour and take your time to proof your would-be Oliver or Jonnie Boer talents.
For sporties: hike from the villa to Hermanus, an exciting 17 km beach walk. For hours you will see nobody, just unspoilt beaches, birds, seals, sand dunes and the sea. Another idea: put our kayak or windsurf board on the car roof and make a tour on the Kleinrivier. Or fetch the golf clubs and enjoy an afternoon at the windiest golf course on earth, in Kleinbaai.
