The Duplexes are located right behind the Beachfront Apartments and comprise four identical three bedroom properties on two levels within a private garden and pool area.
Guests enter the duplexes though their own private entrance, and enjoy increased privacy as only four units share the parking, pool, outdoor kiosk and deck area. A private access to the beach enables the duplex guests to enjoy a short stroll to the beach without having to cross any roads.
The duplexes themselves are built on two levels and offer superior spaciousness. From the parking area, guests enter the living and dining area which flows seamlessly into the kitchen and first queen size bedroom. A large sliding door opens onto a spacious and airy outdoor terrace which may also be accessed via the bedroom located on this level.
Although there are no sea-views from this level, the ambience at the duplexes is perfect for guests seeking increased privacy, comfort and tranquility and for longer stays.
The upper level comprises an open plan office facing the mountain, as well as two en-suite bathrooms of which one master bedroom which opens up onto a huge furnished outdoor terrace from which guests will be able to hear the ocean and have a small peak at it’s deep blue.
Your private chef will cook your breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner at your convenience and whatever you want, at any time, with an additional fee. A complex manager is onsite 6 times weekly to supervise operations and attend to any issues you encounter during their stay.
House keepers are available 6 times a week to fully service each apartment. Sundays and public holidays will cost an additional fee payable on checkout if requested by clients. 24/7 security guards and cameras on common areas. Alarm system in each apartment.
