Arriving at the house via the private beach path – you first see the welcoming pool, positioned between two mature indigenous shade trees, the outside dining pavilion and the swinging beds. A generous veranda offers an expandable seating area, which leads off the internal ground floor baraza area. Although dining usually happens outside, under the makuti-thatched pavilion, there is also an inside dining area complete with concealed fridge and fitted drinks cupboard.
An internal staircase leads up to two ensuite double-bed guest rooms on the first floor and on up further to the second floor where a beautifully proportioned, cool and gracious master bedroom leads off a private terrace, with panoramic views of the sea and palm trees.
The separate guesthouse, standing alongside the main house, has a further ensuite double-bed guestroom plus a poolroom/massage room, which could accommodate an additional single guest.
A fully equipped kitchen completes the property and provides house guests with the internationally renowned Kizingoni Beach service.
Additional features include; Baraza areas, massage table, swinging beds and a large planted garden with established coconut trees.
