A stunning modern house set in a tranquil garden with fantastic views over the Indian Ocean. The house boasts a fabulous location in Watamu, and has direct access to the beach, just one minute walk away. The house comes fully staffed with a fantastic cook, butler, room steward & pool attendant. The staff will ensure that you time spent at the house is relaxed and stress free.
The house consists of four en-suite bedrooms that are all equipped with fans and air-conditioning. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels.
There are two main bedrooms; one up and one downstairs. These rooms are furnished with king-size beds and mosquito nets, and they have en-suite bathrooms consisting of baths and showers.
The other two rooms are inter leading and furnished with a double bed and twin beds with mosquito nets. The bathrooms are en-suite and consist of showers only.
There is a sun and star deck where guests can enjoy a sundowner or watch the stars at night.
The house is house is a self catering property, which provides 5 members of staff. We recommend that you plan your menus once you arrive with the cook who will then prepare and cook all your meals for you. If you would like the staff to get the shopping for you, they can do this but please give them a comprehensive list and enough cash in order to pay for the goods.
Fishermen can come to the house to bring fresh seafood, liaise with the cook who will contact them and ask them to come. There is a price guide in the house, which will show you how much
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with 1 large fridge / freezer and chest freezer, ice maker, ice cream maker, pasta maker, gas cooker & oven, 2 sinks & 1 outside sink (for fish), cooking utensils, plates, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker.

a) Cancellations made between 0 and 7 full days prior to local check-in time, or no show, guests will be charged 70% of total booking value.
b) Cancellations made between 8 and 29 full days prior to local check-in time, guests will be charged 50% of total booking value.
c) Cancellations made 30 or more full days prior to local check-in time, guests will receive a full refund of their deposit, except fees.
d) In the event of a premature departure or cancellation, the nights not spent 24 hours thereafter are 50% refunded, except fees.
