This is a beautiful 2 bedroom chalet which sleeps 5 people in total. Perfect for a small family or a small group. It has two double beds and one single bed. Upstairs & downstairs showers ( upstairs en-suite ). A small kitchen, lounge seating, dining area downstairs, as well as a top floor balcony and downstairs verander.
It is a self -catering guest house which is fully furnished with all utensils and appliances. Fully air con / free wifi / onsite free parking and communal garden.
Julianasvillas consists of beautiful chalets and a family home. It offers all our guests the unique experience of the local island lifestyle and to experience Seychelles in a personal and intimate interactive way.
All guests have access to free on-site parking, as well as an on-site Cafe area which offers snacks and refreshments, free wi-fi, security safety box in each guest house and access to a car hire within the premises.
We also offer weekly housekeeping and breakfast at 10 Euros per person, please request breakfast on your booking request.
We do not provide airport transfer but we do recommend all guests contact the Seychelles international airport to organise their travel arrangements in advance in order to get to the guest house. There are several car rental companies and taxi firms at the airport who can assist with this.
The guests are left to their own leisure whilst on holiday after their initial introductory upon arrival and there is always help at hand should our guests require any assistance and advice as to how to get around, at any point during their stay.

a) Cancellations made between 0 and 29 full days prior to local check-in time, or no show, guests will be charged 100% of total booking value.
b) Cancellations made 30 or more full days prior to local check-in time, guests will be charged 50% of total booking value.
c) In the event of a premature departure or cancellation, guests will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
We would like guests to leave the apartments in the same condition as they found it and to treat it as if it is their home, also to notify a member of staff as to anything that's damaged during their stay. Thank you.
